After submitting my review, I was contacted by the florist who apologized and explained why the arrangement was different than expected. I do appreciate them taking the time to call me and explain the differences and the apology. That being said, the arrangement came on time and was still nice.

Fantastic delivery and fantastic floral set, my mom referred to it as "possibly one of the prettiest flowers I've ever received" definitely will be shopping here again.

I found Dunbar online because I was looking for a local florist instead of ordering through a nationwide provider. I chose the option for the florist to use seasonal flowers and a design of their own. My mother is very pleased with her bouquet.

I love Dunbar's! The selection of flowers draws me in. I've never been disappointed. This particular bouquet is stunning! Carrie was the designer and she knocked it out of the park.
Additionally, I called at 10:00 and the bouquet was delivered the same day. I really appreciated the ease of the experience.

They truly went above and beyond to make sure a beautiful bouquet reached our friends in the hospital, even with the extra challenges that can come with hospital deliveries. The arrangement itself was absolutely stunning—fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully put together.

What really stood out was their quality willingness to go the extra mile to make it happen. It meant so much to us and to our friends during a difficult time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for both gorgeous flowers and genuinely caring service.

The crew was courteous and professional. Found my order right away, went the extra mile to send me out the door with a bucket with water so I could keep all the individually wrapped roses wet and alive during the day, which turned out to be a good thing since they sat alone in that bucket for about five hours. Trusted that I would bring the bucket back, which I am doing today. Kudos!

The customer service was wonderful. The flowers were beautiful. Everything was great except for the moosy socks. I thought they were going to be cozy socks for my daughter who’s 20 but they were little toddler socks. It’s OK, I will give them to my great niece. Maybe if you could clarify the gift items or allow a person to choose and click on the gift items. Everything else was awesome though. Thank you so much!

My wife loved the flowers! I'll be honest, it seemed expensive, but I really don't have anything to compare it to. That being said, they were delivered on time, the wife loved them, so they get an A+!
