Substitution Policy

In some circumstances, our website photo may represent a general theme, style and / or include a unique vase or container that we are unable to replicate exactly. Occasionally, (due to weather, seasonality and market conditions) we will be required to substitute flowers and / or containers. Our experienced designers will ensure that, even though the bouquet or plant may not match the photo exactly; the theme, style, and color palette will remain if substitutions of equal or higher value are utilized.
